With over 20 years' experience in middle and senior leadership roles, Lynley knows firsthand the weight of leading at that level. She has found herself on the brink of burnout, faced failure, and done the transformative work to move through the barriers that once held her back.

She is passionate about helping people of influence keep their head and heart in the game — making the shifts needed to align life with what matters most, while staying engaged in their work and relationships.

Lynley is a Certified Transformational Master Coach, an owner-operator of her coaching practice, and for the past 12 years has been co-founder and Director of a faith-based not-for-profit organisation. She trains new coaches and is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation. Lynley has been a keynote speaker at international conferences and has leads leadership development workshops, bringing her leadership, training, and public speaking experience to help people maximise their leadership potential for influence.
